Shinjuku Gyoen - Cocochiyo Cafe

I went to "Cocochiyo Cafe" on May 1st. The era name became Reiwa from this day. I had lunch at this cafe after a job hunting interview exam. This cafe is a creme brulee specialty cafe and  pudding is also popular. Both are available for take out. The atmosphere is fashionable with a retro feel of bricks. I could check the menu before eating, because there are many signboards in front of the cafe. This place is near Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station, so it is easy to set there.

I was hungry, so I ordered the special lunch. I can choose this lunch myself from the menu that was decided. First, I chose mini green salad or consomme soup. Then I choose one of the four main dishes. Finally, I can choose creme brulee or today's dessert, and chose a drink. The menu I chose was a mini green salad, soft egg with hayashi rice, and today's dessert and ice tea. This special lunch is 1000 yen in all. This is a very reasonable price and it can be very satisfying. This Hayashi rice has fluffy eggs and the Hayashi rice sauce has a strong taste and is very delicious. When I finished eating this, the waiter offered me today's dessert and ice tea. I can also choose ice tea or milk or lemon, and also add syrup if I like. Today's dessert is this cafe's popular cafe au lait creme brulee. The bittersweet caramel and cafe au lait cream is exquisite, so this dessert is really delicious. Besides this lunch menu, you can also easily eat and drink. The price is reasonable and there are many types of drinks. The atmosphere in the cafe is calm and it is a recommended cafe where many customers come from young people to the elderly. Please go to this cafe if you are interested.

Brown Sugar Tapioca & Cherry Blossoms

THE ALLEY - IN NAKAMEGURO

I'd  like to introduce "THE ALLEY". THE ALLEY is a cafe that is famous for its brown sugar tapioca milk tea. Besides, there are various sandwiches and muffins. This cafe is characterized by the deer mark. Currently, there are only 21 cafes in Japan. Many of the shops are in Tokyo. This cafe also has stores in other countries. In Japan, tapioca milk tea is popular and booming for young people, so the cafes are always crowded and people are lined up.

This time, I went to THE ALLEY Nakameguro Shop. The drink menu has various teas, and there are M size and L size for drink size but there is no S size. The drink price is about 400 yen to 700 yen. I ordered Brown Sugar Tapioca Latte and Brown Sugar Tapioca Matcha Latte. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to buy one. This is only M size, and the price is 650 yen. The Nakameguro shop has some small tables, but inside the shop is very small. This cafe is usually full of customers.

I ordered the drink to go so I could drink along the Meguro River. Cherry blossoms are in full bloom along the Meguro River in March and April. The cherry blossoms are beautiful, especially the night cherry blossoms are very beautiful and attractive. I looked at cherry blossoms while drinking the tapioca. Brown Sugar Tapioca Latte was very sweet and Tapioca was chewy. It was very delicious. It is highly recommended for people who love tapioca and love sweet things. Brown Sugar Tapioca Matcha Latte also has a strong taste of Matcha, so it is recommended for people who like Matcha. However, I don't recommend it to people who don't like really sweet drinks.

Billiard×Darts×Cafe&Bar - gail

"gail" I'd like to introduce "gail" in Hiratsuka. This is a cafe and bar. You can play billiards, darts, and read manga and novels. But you need to order one drink to do these. If you order one drink, you can read a book for a long time. Billiards and darts are 100 yen for 10 minutes. There is also an all-you-can-drink plan with darts for 3 people or more. It is 2,000 yen per person for 1 hour and 3,000 yen per person for 2 hours.

Gail just opened on April 27, 2018. There are 3 billiard tables, 1 darts table, counter seats and a bookbar space. It is a beautiful and stylish shop just newly made. Here, the owner teaches us how to play billiards. Regular customers will also teach us in a friendly way. This cafe bar atmosphere can calm you down and relax you. As a feature, the dart's table is very retro style. A lot of books are on the shelf of the wall, and the bar counter is very fashionable!

There are many kinds of drinks. They have beers, cocktails, whisky, brandy and softdrinks. My recommendation is cocktails which are all 500 yen because prices are cheap, and the owner occasionally gives us a free round. I have drunk Hot Cocoa, Fuzzy Navel, Tequila Sunrise, Cassis and Soda, Red Bull Vodka and Red Bull Cassis so far at this cafe bar. Especially my favorite drink is the Red Bull Cassis. It is easy to drink and it is tasty. Every drink is really delicious.

Next, I ordered Tortilla Chips. This dish is 500 yen. It is the best as a snack. I dip Tortilla Chips in the salsa sauce and eat it. It's crisp and salty sauce and very delicious. Besides, there is also pasta here, so I would like to eat some next time.

Yakiniku Revolution - Mousyou

Mousyou（牛将）

Today, I will introduce Mousyou! This is a charcoal-grilled meat restaurant. Mousyou has only two restaurants. They are the Hiratsuka restaurant and Atsugi original location, and both are in Kanagawa. I went to the Atsugi location to eat dinner. There is a large parking lot here, so you can go by car.

  

This restaurant has table seats and Pooths. Also, there are some completely non-smoking seats. At this restaurant, you order from the menu using a tablet. You quickly set food and drinks by ordering with the tablet. The menu book explains how to order. There are seasonings on the table, sauce, salt, pepper and gochujang. The restaurant employees are very kind. When I grill meat, the grill gradually turns black, so  employees immediately exchange the grill.


The menu I ordered was a special size set (特盛セット 250g) ¥1380, chicken 1 bird set (鶏一羽盛り)¥680, cut-off beef tongue salt ¥ 490 and beef casilla ¥490. Also, I ordered a dish of kimchi & kakuteki plate ¥490 and rice ¥390. The special size set has short ribs, outside steak and pork ribs on a plate. Also, the chicken 1 bird set has chicken meats, chicken cartilage, chicken thighs and chicken necks on a plate. In addition, I ordered a single item of beef tongue and beef head. I tried eating these, and kimchi was salty-sweet and delicious. These meats were so juicy and tender. Everything was really tasty.

Bike Cafe - Cado-cafe

Cado-cafe ☕coffee&waffle☕ Today, I will introduce Cado-cafe. This cafe is also called a motorbike cafe, so bikers often come to this cafe. There is a parking lot for motorbikes in front. Many people who come to this cafe are taking a break from a motorbike touring. There is also a big supermarket near the cafe and some customers who have finished shopping come here.

A feature of the cafe is a motorbike. There are recommended touring books and plants inside. It is a fashionable cafe because the wooden tables and chair design are very good. There are 4 table seats and 10 counter seats.

"Cado-cafe" mainly serves coffee and waffles. There are various kinds of coffee on the menu, and there are also many kinds of waffles and drinks. This cafe has a morning menu and a lunch menu. The morning menu is limited to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 to 10:00. They have a bacon sandwich and hot dogs on the menu. Lunch is from 11:00 to 15:00 on business days. They have pasta and curry on the menu.

I went to this cafe on my a motorbike to eat the 15:00 snack. After arriving here, I ordered Maple Syrup Waffles and French Toast. In addition, I topped the French Toast with ice cream, and the ice cream was 100 yen. The texture is fluffy and soft and it was sweet and delicious. This price is 300 yen. Also, the maple syrup waffles are crispy on the outside and moist inside. Especially the maple syrup is very sweet and very delicious. This price is 550 yen. The waffles have a drink set. The drink set was plus 200 yen and I ordered cocoa. The cocoa taste was rich and very delicious. For those who love sweet desserts, this cafe is recommended. I would like to go to this cafe again to eat other menu items. If you are interested please try going once to Cado-cafe.

Izakaya Restaurant Near My House - "Nandemokandemo"

Today, I'd like to introduce "Nandemokandemo". This is an izakaya restaurant. The restaurant location is at Hiratsuka in Kanagawa. This is not a chain, so there's only one location. The restaurant is old-fashioned, and it is very fashionable at night.This restaurant marker is "Kuruhito Kuruhito Huku no Kami" (来る人 来る人 福の神) and "Tokuri"(徳利).

This restaurant is filled  with retro style.

There are always plenty of local patrons. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant is crowded, so I recommend booking by phone. There are dozens of imo shochu and abundant. The restaurant dish classic popularity is "Motsuni" and "seafood chunks plate". Motsuni price is 580 yen, and seafood chunks plate are 1200 yen.
Also, the daily dishes are recommended.

Friends, female friends, families with children, and dates can all go there safely.

To start, beer have a at this restaurant. The first beer is very cold and tasty, so it's best for a dry throat. Besides beer, there are many delicious drinks such as juices, cocktails, fruit wines, shochu and Japanese sake. Especially delicious drinks are plum wine and lemon sour. These are delicious fruit sweetness, so very easy to drink. All drinks are around 300 ~ 500 yen.

Next, when I go to this restaurant, clerk will always introduces today's recommended menu. The food I order every time is "Wakadori Jyanbo Karaage" and "Curry Fried Potatoes". They are very delicious and have a lot of quantity, I often order. Especially Wakadori Jyanbo Karaage is pretty big. Wakadori Jyanbo Karaage price is 780 yen and Curry Fried Potatoes price is 480 yen. In addition, I ordered salted squid and miso konjac. These are the best dishes to drink beer, so It goes well with sake.

Local Fashionable Burger - Beep! Beep!!

Beep! Beep!! I'd like to introduce "Beep Beep" in Hiratsuka. Beep Beep is a hamburger and steak restaurant. It is also a cafe where you can drink coffee, juice, and beer and eat dessert. This restaurant is popular for hamburgers. This is not a chain, so there's only one location. This restaurant's atmosphere is very good and the interior is American style.

This restaurant is on the second floor and the first floor is an American General Store. On the first floor, there are many American goods and the interior is also American style, so it is very unique. When you go to the second floor, you can find the entrance of this restaurant. After opening the door, you'll see American furniture and goods are also placed in the restaurant.

This restaurant has a lunch menu and dinner menu. I went for lunch and ate the "Original Burger" of the lunch menu. In the Burger Lunch menu, fried potatoes, a drink and the daily mini salad are included. The burger lunch prices are all around 1500 yen. The Original Burger price is 1,000 yen and it is the cheapest among the lunch burgers. When choosing a set drink, juice and coffee are included, but beer costs plus 300 yen.The original burger I ate was a large and juicy and very delicious. Also, the fried potatoes were crispy and delicious, and the mini salad was delicious potato salad. ★ If you are interested, please go there!
